When God Speaks for Himself proves conclusively that the Bible is an unreliable by the simple expedient of quoting ”word-for-word” Bible passages that contradict each other, show gruesome, bloodthirsty massacres ordered by God, and passages that contradict what the average person knowsť: Jesus was born in Bethlehem ” wasn't he? He gave his Sermon on the Mount on the mount, right? David killed Goliath with a sling (didn't he?).
The Bible's answer to those three questions (and many more): Probably not.
It's amazing how theists react to this book: usually some variation on: That's not in the Bible!
And to prove it, they open their Bible . . . only to discover they are dead wrong. Give them a few months to gather the courage to actually read When God Speaks for Himself and their minds will open.
